History

Nedal Moustafa started his work journey with the family business Y2 Janitorial. Soon he took on the role of Operations Manager, gaining experience in all aspects of building maintenance from janitorial, lawn maintenance, snow removal, small renovations, and repair jobs for Y2 clients. During this time, Nedal also embarked on house construction and found success with each venture. Nedal saw an opportunity within the industry that was not being fulfilled and hence Capital Building Maintenance and Restoration was born.

Capital Building Maintenance and Restoration has been successful in growing with our current clients and are eager to embark on creating new relationships with clients on their journey into new ventures.

Current Team

Capital’s workforce comprises a diverse team of 20 employees which includes construction foreman, construction apprentices, electrical apprentices, journeyman electricians, and master electricians. Capital BMR are proud of the team of employees, and the contractors we sub-contract, our team embodies the values of excellence, hard-work, and safety.

Acquisitions

In 2019 Capital BMR acquired Amana Electric. Amana Electric’s focus on residential and commercial projects brings residential, industrial and commercial electrical expertise to Capital BMR.

Capital Plan for growth

Capital’s business plans for the next 3 to 5 years is to expand the business by 30% . This expansion will include opening a new location in Vancouver mainland to meet our current client’s needs that are growing within this location.
